My Private Tracker is hosted by a rather small company in the Netherlands, who've explicitly told me they do not care about DMCA on their dedicated VPS servers.
Would a Private Tracker not focusing on anything copyright in neither the US, Netherlands or Europe in general be of interest to BREIN?

I am not personally worried about DMCA, but rather if the site itself would be put in a really tight spot and shut me down.
This is a temporary stay, however the 'temporary' plan isn't any short of a year.

The phrase "not focusing on anything copyright in neither the US, Netherlands or Europe in general" is a red herring. There are 170+ signatories to the Berne Convention so pretty much anything copyright anywhere is also copyright in the Netherlands.

So it depends on what you're tracking. Also, on how many members you have and how well known your site is. Brein appears to hit around 100 targets a year and most of those are small.

tl;dr = being small, private and obscure won't guarantee a Brein free life. But the smaller, more private and more obscure you are the better your chances are.

Thank you. It is not very large in terms of members,, guests cannot enter and new user's need a voucher, so there's a circle. There's no way they'd be able to see what is in there without lying up some bogus to some legal system.
However the home index clearly sets off that it is a tracker. 

My host is a very outstanding person and has let me know that if push comes to shove, he will give me a week to backup or move what move needs be out of the Netherlands.



Any recommended countries out of experience, or even knowledge where I could go look for a potential upgrade down the road?
