The "Edit Reason" line at "Quick Edit" mode does not works. Whatever you type at the line, it does not has any impact on the post.

It works. It just doesn't work the way you think.

I'm not sure if normal members can see the 'edit history' of their own posts but mods can, and the reasons are displayed there.

We cannot see the "edit history", which in my opinion makes the "Edit Reason" feature pointless and even misleading for using to normal members.
