Don't worry, you're not the only one. I bet there hundreds of failed attempts for each one suceeded.

I upload torrents normally like many others as I see browsing torrents.
As well as Pirate Bay having the problems it's having with these errors in this Thread. Also about 2 or 3 days later Demonoid having problems too. My latest submission to Demonoid and I suffered a lot of problems, firstly with the dreaded "Torrent Already uploaded!" glitch that happened towards the end of 2015, it seems that problem is back and it reflects on the Description field having too many characters. So to resolve having to shorten your torrent's description which then means that after you've published your torrent the description won't allow you to edit it. Also Demonoid suffering at the moment with torrents not appearing at first, sometimes takes hours on end and also then you can't delete old torrents either that is not working.
So it seems that not only Pirate Bay is having a lot of problems, also Demonoid the same. It happened to me the other day, just couldn't manage to upload anywhere really so had to wait but at least Demonoid took a torrent I was trying to release. It took a lot of effort but got there and now people are able to download it.
There must be lots of Gremlins in the system at the moment eating away at all the mechanics of the site/s.
