No uploads this weekend. Sorry. My provider's current billing cycle ends Sept 3rd, and I'm at 90% of available bandwidth. So next weekend, Saturday and Sunday, I'll return with more releases.

It's not capped as such, since I can always arrange to pay for more bandwidth in advance of any given cycle. Or, I could just go over the bandwidth we've paid for--and pay about double what we otherwise would. The problem is cash outflow. As I mentioned above, both my wife and I have undergone several operations in the last few years, and medical bills have forced us to be more careful with our expenses.

Frankly, I didn't expect the popularity of my uploads here. Not that they're generating a fraction of the interest any boy band would, but still. It's gratifying to see, and I wouldn't change it if I could. So I'll wait for next weekend, flip the sign to open, and resume file sharing.

Last day of our provider's cycle, so I'll resume releases, tomorrow.

Be sure to check under Other > > Other. It might take a while before the releases I'm seeding with booklets (essays, texts, translations) get moved to Audio > > FLAC. This isn't a slam at the admins--it's just a fact of life for the way audio releases with booklets have to be uploaded here.

Also, please seed. These releases don't have hundreds of downloaders of whom at least a dozen or more will be peers. Let others have a chance to get these, too.

Thanks very much for uploading these interesting and rare albums.  Keep up the good work.

A minor note: please consider using UTF-8 for logs, notes, etc.  UTF-16 is a disaster and
will probably be killed off as a usable encoding in the near future.  It is a poor choice for
archival use—which is exactly what uploading rare albums is.

Thanks for the compliment. I've downloaded np++ on Sid's advice, and will give it a shot.

This has officially been a bad weekend: car problems, health issues for both my wife and I, and two doctor appointments Monday. So there have been no uploads, though I've got several releases lined up. Hopefully, late Monday, but there's still work to consider. In any case, uploads soon.
