I think the safest place to live would be Switzerland. They have good government policies, also they're having really high quality life over there. Also, it seems to be a safe country too.

I live in Austfailia where we mostly fail at stuff, like education, health care, gubmint, ethics, etc. I considered moving to North Korea as they don't give a shit if ya want to take some meth to knock out a project or the like, its just I don't think i could keep up with their work ethic.
Brazil is another good choice for me as they have a very progressive stance on drug use these days.
In reality i'm not really looking to move, just for cheaper, more purified drugs.
