wtf is going on with bittorrent website

just went to http://www.bittorrent.com/downloads/complete/os/win#_ downloaded free version, installed it and its version 2.2.0 build 2480 !!! wtf i was on version 7.8.2 build 30265 then after pc restart i went to run it and it said weve already installed a newer verion 7.8.2 build 30332 ...now that cocks up the fact i use vpncheck pro to control if i loose vpn connection because we need to change settings in vpncheck eg to where bittorrent is installed on our pc and i didnt know where new version was so i uninstalled bittorrent completely.

why have i just been given such an old version from the official site of bittorrent ?

no never used that old version...just tried again and got same thing it was 17.6mb and came with somerthing called songbird and i installed and on the client it said to get newer version of bittorrent go to getsongbird.com so i unistalled it and went to http://www.filehorse.com/ to get version 7.8.2 build 30265 this is really odd

shit ill do full antivirus scan now but that file came from bittorrent.com even the file name from them was different and 17mb is too big

just looked in firefox downloads and exact name of the file bittorrent.com sent me is bittorrent.8.1-bt_songbird-songbird_cc56.exe its 17.6mb when installing its asking to we want to sync our itunes to bittorrent, and lots of other stuff was going on WTF happened ?
