wierd glitch in Witcher 3 after instaling dlc packs

Yesterday I installed the lastest patches and the dlcs and the game got very glitchy, the worst glitch it has is after some cut sences some enemies have -1 level and will not attack you making it imposible to progress in certain areas. I heard you can fix this by verify the game but you would need a gog or steam version for that. Anybody know a fix for this problem? I´ve tried reinstalling in all the orders posible.
