trouble uploading fishcenter

i encounter a problem on https://thepiratebay.org/upload while trying to upload a mp4-file of a vlc-recording of the adult swim streaming show fishcenter live. the file itself is 1.55 GB. when i try to click "add to index," it either times out on google chrome or on tor "413 Request Entity Too Large." help?
