You are wrong that search results are limited to torrents uploaded in the last 7 days.

You are right that searches only return 1000-odd results (i.e. about 30 pages of 30 torrents). That is by design, for both performance and common sense reasons; and it won't be changing.

Use more specific search terms.

(xyz, added < 1y, size, seed?)

TPB doesn't support them
