torrent titles

I understand that .torrent file names are limited to 64 characters. Is the optional title "Torrent name: (if other than file name)" limited to the sane number of characters?. I've messed around with it but haven't nailed it down. I know I could spend a few hours with it other than asking in the forum, but thought I would send it into the mix and hope for the best lol.. any help would be appreciated

It doesn't matter where the title comes from. 64 characters is the limit.
