Wow, what a week. And it aint over. Saturday is part of the week. And I bet lots are working Sunday too. hah. Well, as I posted in updates, the debate turned out to be way more than anybody was expecting. The Democraps unmasked Biden for the whole world to see. And now the Democraps can push him out with the blessing of the voters. Already the media is posting polls saying 60% want Biden replaced. A whole new narrative to pound on in this election. Everything was so carefully orchestrated and nobody had a clue in advance except top people at all the libtard media establishments. People always wondered why we had a debate so historically soon, and now we know why. To make time for the results to percolate and slowly build up to public crys to replace Joe. Now Obama just sits back with his hands together in front of him and smiles as the world around him does the job of pushing Biden to resign. These Democraps are simply wicked. It aint that simple to toss Joe out, so they generated the uproar that will get the publics outcrys to do their deeds for them. "Sorry Joe, we really want you to stay but it's the voters that want you to go". Very sneaky trap that they sprung. And it also makes it easier to deal with getting rid of Harris. It will be hard for her to complain about underhanded trickery when the public outcry only gets louder. Whatever she says gets drowned out. But we already got the 2 sides squaring off. The media already pounding on Harris on cue, with Anderson Cooper calling her out for saying nothing, all this time about Bidens mental state. The media is to blame too, but they now have the Vice President to dump all their blame on. Geez, Kamala is like a feather in the wind of Democrapic trickery. She don't stand a chance against what's coming. While Obama just sits back and watches it all play out and vets possible replacements.

I watched all the hater news shows. I usually don't watch much of them. Just snippets to get highlights. This time I watched edge to edge. And after 3 days, Biden is 75% of the conversation. They hardly even talk about Trump. They just say flat out that "Trumps a liar, but what's going on with Biden". And the media and the donors are demanding answers. So clearly Obama mixed up a spectacular bread. And now he is watching it rise tremendously. Apparently Obama sees this as the only way to break thru Jill Biden and the rest of Bidens puppet masters. A culmination of a ton of trouble that appears to have been brewing behind the scenes. People with half a brain knew things weren't right for along time. Yet it is so clear that the public was being gaslit. Not for the people with brains, but for the voters with no brains. But it's so clear that the charade simply can't last much longer. And that has been the worry of powerful Democraps. Time is running out to do something, and now Democraps are pushing this towards the clif. It remains to be seen if this monster Democraps are trying to destroy saves itself with wings.



So you see why Trump is so great? He has been the top target of all this sneaky crap for years and years and He's still standing on top of the heap of dead bodies. So Doug Kass posted that Ron Klain and Obama met with Joe Biden Friday. Jill Biden says Joe aint quiting. While Whitmer and Newscum are named as possible replacements. It's too late to change the ballots, but you simply vote Joe to vote for the new guy. Or even vote "other" to vote for the new guy, if there are rule complications. The Democraps will figure it out. Well as the signs foretold, Jan6ers get a nasty part of their charges thrown out by a 6-3 split of the Supreme Court. The Enron law was never intended for Jan6, but the libtard justices in the minority said it was OK to pretzel the law to rob patriots of 20 years of their lives. Libtards are a nasty vicious bunch. I don't know what happened to them. They used to be hippies. Give em pot and they leave you alone. They only begged for money at the airports. Now it's just such ugly sweeping the world.

So the hundreds of Jan6ers that had this Enron charge will have to be dealt with quickly. Those in prison may have to be released on bail while the legal people spend the time it will take to process so many people. Resentencing and even retrials. And Merrick Garland is bummed that one of his twistys was taken from him. A sick and twisted libtard that corrupt Garland is. The media plays it down saying it won't make much difference, but offcials say this is a huge headache to weed out. So no big deal, or huge headache. You figure what it reality is after millions spent to defend this charge. An extra 20 years on your sentence by unfairness is like life or death. Trump will pardon all that's left for those that didn't get violent.

Just like Trumps one charge was sliced into 34 charges with jail time for each, all these Jan6ers were charged multiple times for just protesting at the Capital. And then after all that, they hit you with the big whammy. Corruption, collusion, obstruction, evasion, or maybe even ALL of them. They are ALL felonys no matter what the original charges were. So steal a candy bar and you got petty theft. If you ran away, that's evading, a felony. If you lied about taking the candy bar then that is obstruction. Yet another felony. Then spent the rest of your life in jail for just stealing a candy bar. This is what they been doing to black people for a century. They steal and run. If they are caught they say it wasn't me. If it was a federal cop that caught you and you said it wasn't me, then you get even more felony charges. Lying to Federal investigators. So Joe Public stands very little chance against an insanely expensive legal system that is stacked against you all to hell. At the least they will take everything you own. And lots of people get all their property seized legally just on suspicion of a crime. And the Supreme Court has ruled that it was legal according to todays laws. And Congress is too buried in other craziness to make those laws more fair.

Anyways, the Supreme Court threw out the Enron charge that throws out Obstruction and throws out the felony conviction. So it is a really big deal. Lots of these Jan6ers are rail roaded felons because of that one charge. And they all lost their homes, and their jobs and their cars and property because they were sitting in jail as their community foreclosed on them. America today is a mean place to be, it's sad to admit. Mostly because Democraps have paved the roads to take all you got and spread it to everybody else. Then you have to take the free money of welfare and food stamps for the rest of your life. Aint nobody going to work hard and build up a life of things again with everything so easily take away. That's the erosion of the hard working American way. The first step towards socialism. Making people believe that it don't pay to work beyond what it takes to eat every day.

As for Trump specifically, more Trump charges get thrown out. 2 of the 4 DC charges were based on the Enron law. They are already flushed down to China. Then there's the Justices opinion that explained their ruling. The Enron law was made specifically for the Enron crimes. Prosecutors can't pretzel it to make new laws. Simple as that. So what has hater prosecutors been doing to Trump? Pretzeling every damn law they can find to charge the hell out of Trump. So Trump now has another way to get the hooker charges thrown out. They were all pretzeled and the judge allowed it. Judge Judy said it herself.

So now the New york judge is in real trouble. He unfairly allowed this farce to play out which defamed Trumps rights. And there's no doubt now that all this will be thrown out after an expensive appeal that the city will have to pay for. So what's he going to do about it? Continue the charade and throw Trump in jail? Emergency appeals will be sent immediately to the Supreme Court where the justices will throw the book at the New York judge. Or maybe the judge will Sentence Trump anyway to whatever sentence and stay it till appeals are thru? It's just more unfair branding of Trump when he knows the case is toast. Or maybe the judge saves what's left of his reputation and vacates the whole trial himself. It saves the city any more lost money, and makes him look like a fair judge again. So he can't be vilified for being a hater to the bitter end. Something he would be forever remembered for.

So what's it going to be? Who knows. Biden already demanded voters to stop trying to elect a convicted felon. And all other Democraps in the media will continually call Trump a convicted felon and demand his rights be revoked. Gun rights, voting rights, etc. If the New York Judge takes that away, Democraps will hate on him and his daughter. If the Judge refuses to vacate, then HISTORY will hate him and his daughter. And that's the way it is, today...

Monday is looking to be even better for Trump and the American way. The Supreme Court saved Trumps ruling until the extra day of their term. And they already RULED that they hate pretzeled prosecutions. So all the signs are there. And the justices are ready to flee to their vacation getaways. It's looking like Trump will get enough immunity to toss the remaining 2 DC charges and ALL of the Florida charges. So Trump won't have to pardon himself. And that satisfies the inscription on the Supreme Court building. "Equal Justice Under Law".



Yup, this was certainly a Wow week. But next week will really be WOW. Libtard heads coast to coast will be exploding. And then replays of Biden calling Trump a felon will be replaced with Trump calling Hunter a felon. It's going to be a gargantuan week. All the plans of Democraps prosecuting the hell out of Trump will be flushed to China. And all that's left to talk about is the whole Georgia debacle. Their own Prosecutor under multiple investigations and hearings. With Trump charges there in total jeopardy as well.

Then as Democraps reel from the failures to stop Trump, Obamas plans will really start to pick up steam. Demands from the public growing louder to replace Biden. Even the View Women got their marching orders to start calling for Bidens replacement. Whoopee Goldberg was there on a Friday to celebrate Trumps conviction. But she was absent this Friday when they all said time for Biden to go.

I know a lady in big trouble like that. Charges upending her life at the worst time. Her husband found a young girlfriend and divorced her, all the sudden. As the lawyer fees ate her savings, her grown son died in his sleep. Then her house was forced to be sold to pay the divorce bills. Then she got caught DUI 3 times from her mental pain. And they seized and crushed her car. Then her gut quit working and they had to make a bag for her. The judge ordered her to prison but the prison could not deal with the bag care. So she was ordered into home detention with an ankle bracelet. But she didn't have a home, and she had no money to pay for the bracelet. And the city wasn't paying for the bracelet either. So all jail was suspended, and she had to report to court supervision. And that's what's left of her life with only 3 misdemeanor convictions. Something she never had till people dumped all over her and made her sad and took her hope away. Now she weights under 100 pounds and this fact was entered into her court records. And I only know all this because I found her court troubles and read all the public records. I am sad about it, but she is not the only one. The American system is about punishment. Not rehabilitation. So if you can't survive the punishment, they will cremate you and stick you in a little hole out back. And America is pocked full of little holes.

So you can imagine the way it is with Jan6ers as they watch Israeli hate riots on TV. All Israeli haters everywhere were released. And BLM rioters too.

And in other rulings, Bannon got thrown under the buss, but I didn't see how he could be saved. Also, More Federal powers were canceled that allowed unelected appointees to chase other people and companies down. Anybody facing loss of their Constitutional rights must be judged by a court process, rather than simply federal officials. Also the Court ruled that homeless people don't have the right to pitch a tent anywhere they feel like. So squatters taking peoples houses have even less power to keep them.

He further said that Trumps prosecution violated the law in another way in that Jack Smiths appointment to prosecute Trump was in itself illegal. And Trump already filed a Florida objection asking for an investigation into the legality of Jack Smith as special prosecutor. The Justice said that Bidens Attorney General appointed a private citizen as Special Council. But the Justice said this is unConstitutional. He said a special Councils office can only be created by Congress. The President can't just have an office created at his whim for separation of powers reasons. And the Justice could find no reports that Congress created a Special Councils office for Biden. So rather than dig up all this new kind of ugly that could get Democraps in more trouble, this is simply another reason that Jack Smith will drop all charges against Trump.

So the majority Justices already threw out pretzeled Enron charges in such a way that all other pretzeled charges, past and in the future, will be undone and barred by all the appeals courts. The Supreme Court will unlikely ever have to see a pretzeled case again. Trumps attorneys in New York will file additions to their hooker convictions appeals that demand the appeals courts throw out the case. And the appeals court will have no choice, since the Supreme Court ruling blankets over the hooker charges too. Even before the appeals court takes up the case, the Judge who has yet to rule the sentence, will be under hopeless pressure to toss the case out himself. Citing the very thing he simply can't ignore. The ruling of the Supreme Court.

The DC charges are effectively over. Trump has ABSOLUTE immunity for core Presidential matters and PRESUMPTIVE immunity for all other Presidential matters. Only private matters MAY not have immunity. The Supreme Court has reserved the right to rule the details of Presumptive and private matters for a future time. In the mean time, this area is sent back to the lower courts for trial to hash out. And there is no time for this trial.

Yes indeed there is no time before the election. But plenty of time for fixing the rule of law. The Supreme Court deliberately ignored Smiths emergency motion to speed this along because lawfare is an abuse of the American legal system. It's about justice, not bottomless spending to bury defendants or interfere with elections. The Supreme Court saw the insanity unfolded by arrogant legal abusers and went out of their way to stick their foot out to trip them all up. Additionally, the Supreme Court has taken historic steps to strip federal authorities of powers they have gone ape shit to abuse. So the sum total of this term of the Supreme Court has been to strip and reverse libtard damage before they went even further to pack the Supreme Court. So basically the libtards acted like they were entitled and invincible, and the Supreme Court has just chained them down considerably.

Florida charges may as well be flushed too. Trump was still in office as he took possession of all his documents, so he has the rights of Presumptive immunity. That means he can't be charged with conspiracy and collusion  and evasion because he had the right to "presume" what he was doing was legal. So if they rule that Trump accidentally got it wrong, there still is no crime. Because a mistake is not a crime. All they can do is keep all that they seized that they say Trump "mistakenly" took. Aint that sweet? What can Fake News say about that? Absolutely nothin.

So the Florida charges will be tossed just as fast as the Florida judge can flush them down her commode. It's finished and there will be no more Florida filings the judge will even look at for another year. And Smith won't even bother. He will file to have all the charges dismissed after a few months.

And this is how the DC charges will go too. There is no time for more trials unrelated to hauling Trump into a court. On top of that, the DC court has now been ordered to do all legal things to cancel all things Enron charge related. And all defendants require speedy justice. So 300 plus defendants will have to be hauled into all the DC courts to go thru the whole process to decide how to proceed, for each one of the defendants who have lawyers, that will nit pick the crap out of court officials, to get as much thrown out as possible. This is what the libtards get for abusing the legal system. And that hater DC Judge Chutkin that threw out Trumps claim of immunity, now has no time at all for new trials to hash out the details of Presumptive immunity. The libtards created a 500 ton monster and now it fell over on them. And it will take forever to dig out from underneath it.

Georgia is seeing all this craziness being reversed and will also be under pressure to re-evaluate everything they are doing. Especially with their own prosecutor under investigations. The Georgia Republican Governor and other officials will be under pressure to do their jobs and get to the bottom of how their justice system was hijacked by haters.

But he is too brain dead to pull that off. So he is stuck. Trump had surrogates talking while he was in court. Then he talked when he was out of court. Biden has no excuse. And the controversy will make Bidens polls drop and drop, as huge donors will want their money back. They will claim fraud, as they were told Biden was healthy. And then the panic in the Democraps will really go crazy.

But reality is reality. If Joe stays, he will just get worse and that is better for Trump. If Joe is replaced, it is an unknown until we know who it is. Ok, another historic American day, but there are still tragedies going on world wide. Nothing is solved today, we simply have hopeful direction now. Trump still have to not have a heart attack, win the election, and win enough of Congress to be able to make a positive difference. Lots and lots of stuff yet to do. So lets not forget the Gaza news. Yup, I knew this all along. And I didn't have to guess or be some kind of racist denier with hate disbelief. All I have to do is look at the pictures and videos that continually came out. These people mostly had plenty of food. The whole famine crap was BS just like "victim Gazans" is BS. Gaza started a war, and now they are paying the price of continuing the war. They continually dig thru the war rubble and pull out dead people to keep their dead count rising. But refuse to dig thru the tunnels to retrieve hostages to send back to freedom. I spit on inhuman animals like that. But I don't bad mouth the work going on to send food to these animals. I see the signs of food continually, and see nothing yet that looks inhuman from the Israelis. Reports came out that a West Banker was tied to the front of a jeep and driven around. That is not humane war procedure. And I am sure it is being given reasonable investigation. We had our own Abu Grabe humiliation crimes, and no army is immune from isolated incidents like that.

So once the Israelis get all their people back, the bombs near people will stop dropping and the rebuilding of civilization can commence. And that process could start tomorrow if Gazans would dig out Israeli hostages, as they dig out their own bodies and wounded.
