seeding

Just wondering why (on U Torrent) does the word 'seeding' sometimes turn red about one second after a torrent is finished downloading?

Other times on U Torrent it is green.

Thanks for the answers ahead of time.

Can't say I've noticed it but I'd say it's just a (trivial) bug--it's changing a few status variables at that time and although computer code runs quickly it still takes a finite amount of time to complete execution.

Sometimes it would do that if it can't connect to any of the trackers on the list.

I know on my seedbox (not uttorent) upload symbols will turn red if the first listed torrent tracker times out or isn't connectable.

It's nothing to worry about.

In my experience it turns red when you are not connected to any peer and those udp and/or http trackers fail to update.

In your case I think your udp and/or http trackers failed to update but since you still have PEX & DHT a peer shall be able to connect to you in seconds then it turns back to green.
