ok guys comcast is raping me they have flagged me 2 times in the past 3 months i pretty much stopped with movies a while ago was wondering if there are things to look for or things to stay away from or something that will help block or mask my ip ive heard none of that works however thanks for any help

now dose using a VPN cut my download speed or anything ? i mean its worth it either way just something i was wondering. also would watching a stream of something cause a copy write issues as well ?

I agree with LowOrbit: a free VPN is not safe. A paid one is better, no matter how cheap/expensive it is
