playing 3d file

I have a 3D movie which shows a double screen. How do I play the movie so there is only a single screen? Or do I need glasses to view it?

yes, you need 3d glasses and a 3d display to view a 3d file (unless you modify it to anaglyph 3d, then only glasses are needed). you can view it in 2d using filters or conversion, but it will lack the quality of a 2d encoded file.
