magnet links? - a philosophical question

If we post magnet links on Suprbay, how does that make the forum any different from TPB from the perspective of the DCMA?  The forum can be searched, the promos have a description of the torrent, and there is a direct link to download it.  You don't even have to go to TPB to get it (or see or leave comments for that matter).

What makes you think the forum gives a shit about the DMCA any more than the main site? Difference is here we're flying well under the radar, smaller site with much less traffic and no "bullseye" on us.

Nice things about magnet links is that if TPB ever goes down you can still access those releases from here. Just another reason to include them in the PYS thread.
