Interesting. While not part of the official project, it might just work. When time permits, I'll test if it can actually host a hidden site. If it does, I'll see if I can sell it to Winston.

It does. All docs were in russian till recently, so it wasn't widely known outside of Mordor. Now essential ones are translated. So you can also have some fun. And Winson too.
btw who is the Winson. A local goddess? The name was mentioned for me twice today already.

Winston is a character we can sometimes get sober long enough to fix things and occasionally install new shiny things.  Sadly, this isn't often which is why things go broken for a few days.

Goddess is one word I never would think to use.
