Oddly, I often find my Moscow server problematic. Pootin is cracking down on the hacker community there. I would like to hack a vote for Zhironovsky

Whatever was happening with KAT seems to have cleared up. I still find it odd that I live in the US and was having trouble connecting. However, when I tested with my VPN server in New Jersey I was able to connect. It does seem as if for a while a different IP made the difference.
