Release details:
The just streamed Make More MST3K Livestream had much higher volumes for Joel and the new cast while the short and film volumes were much quieter. I used the Audacity filters from Moon Zero Two Riff-Along remaster as a starting point and came up with a nice new, level waveform for this share.

1) amplify.new.peak-0.0

2) Dynamic Range Compressor: Threshold-35db NoiseFloor-65db Ratio-10:1(maximum) AttackTime-0.20secs(default) ReleaseTime-1.0secs(default)

3a) amplify.new.peak-7.0
3b) check sample ranges to determine "spikey-ness" and gauge proper amplification and hard.limiter

4a) undo amplify.new.peak-7.0
4b) do proper amplify.new.peak-4.4
4c) apply hard.limit-7.0 to remove spikes

5) final Fraunhofer FDK AAC encode after 47ms aac time shift correction:
ffmpeg -i 047.wav -c:a libfdk_aac -b:a 160k 047.m4a
