If you want to make a request, register an account and post in the appropriate request section.

You can't, because you need to verify your identity to the TPB crew. To do that, register with the forum, post in Account Issues with your account deletion request, confirm who you are using the verification links at the top of the page, and someone will look at your account. If you no longer wish to use your SB account, just don't log in again. Inactive forum accounts are pruned after a while anyway.

It depends if you want some or all deleting, but you can discuss this in your account issues thread with the crew.
