Brandy Parker-McFadden, a resident of Nashville, Tennessee can't move from the neck down less than 24 hours after receiving the second shot of the Pfizer vaccine.

The Pfizer statement at the end of the video is insulting and infuriating, but not surprising. They completely reject all responsibility and furthermore offer no compassionate words for her condition.

If you wish to defame Dr. Malone, then you should use other sources.

The "fact-checkers", as the one you link to, are not impartial arbiters of truth as they make themselves appear. They work information damage control and see that narratives are in line with corporate/governmental and mainstream media interests.

"Fact-checking" stifles public discourse, analytical thinking and free expression. It attempts to present establishment-approved sources as the validated truth and anyone offering information outside of those sources is to be deemed untrustworthy. The whole idea is poisonous to a free and open society. It also belittles the citizenry as being incapable of any discernment.

Liberty, privacy and truth are under attack daily by the very same "overseers" claiming to preserve those ideals.

Fact-checking = Establishment narrative control

You can’t sue Pfizer or Moderna if you have severe Covid vaccine side effects. The government likely won’t compensate you for damages either

Published: December 17, 2020

If you experience severe side effects after getting a Covid vaccine, lawyers tell CNBC there is basically no one to blame in a U.S. court of law.

The federal government has granted companies like Pfizer and Moderna immunity from liability if something unintentionally goes wrong with their vaccines.

Quote:“It is very rare for a blanket immunity law to be passed,” said Rogge Dunn, a Dallas labor and employment attorney. “Pharmaceutical companies typically aren’t offered much liability protection under the law.“

You also can’t sue the Food and Drug Administration for authorizing a vaccine for emergency use, nor can you hold your employer accountable if they mandate inoculation as a condition of employment.

Congress created a fund specifically to help cover lost wages and out-of-pocket medical expenses for people who have been irreparably harmed by a “covered countermeasure,” such as a vaccine. But it is difficult to use and rarely pays. Attorneys say it has compensated less than 6% of the claims filed in the last decade.

Immune to lawsuits

In February, Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar invoked the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act. The 2005 law empowers the HHS secretary to provide legal protection to companies making or distributing critical medical supplies, such as vaccines and treatments, unless there’s “willful misconduct” by the company. The protection lasts until 2024.

That means that for the next four years, these companies “cannot be sued for money damages in court” over injuries related to the administration or use of products to treat or protect against Covid.

HHS declined CNBC’s request for an interview.

Dunn thinks a big reason for the unprecedented protection has to do with the expedited timeline.

Quote:“When the government said, ‘We want you to develop this four or five times faster than you normally do,’ most likely the manufacturers said to the government, ‘We want you, the government, to protect us from multimillion-dollar lawsuits,’” said Dunn.

Paralysis due to the Johnson and Johnson vaccine:

Mississippi man partially paralyzed after getting Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine

Published: April 16, 2021

A Mississippi man is now partially paralyzed after he developed a blood clot three hours after he received a shot of the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine.

Brad Malagarie, a 43-year-old resident of St. Martin received the shot last week before the U.S. announced a pause of the J&J vaccine Tuesday. He returned to work following the shot. Co-workers found Malagerie unresponsive at his D’Iberville office desk three hours later.

Quote:“They called me and said he had that vaccine and something is wrong, we think it’s a stroke,” Celeste Foster O’Keefe, Malagarie’s aunt, told news outlet WLOX.

Malagarie, who has seven children, was rushed to the hospital, where doctors determined that he suffered a stroke due to a blood clot that had lodged in his left middle cerebral artery.

Quote:“He’s a young, healthy 43-year-old, and I immediately thought it, and I said be sure to tell the doctors he took that J & J vaccine and that, to me, is what caused his stroke,” his aunt said.

Malagarie had been taking medication for high blood pressure prior to the vaccination. The stroke left him paralyzed on the right side of his body. It is unclear how long it would take the 43-year-old to recover, doctors told O’Keefe.

Quote:“He can’t talk now and he can’t walk. He’s paralyzed on the right side. He knows who we are and he will just cry when he sees us,” she added. “We want him to be able to communicate, to be able to walk and talk again, even if it’s not perfect.”

Federal health officials on Tuesday announced their recommendation to put a pause on the distribution of J&J’s COVID-19 vaccine following reports of a rare blood-clotting disorder known as cerebral venous sinus thrombosis. or CVST.

J&J has reported nine blood-clotting cases, six of which involved women between the ages of 18 and 48.

In one case, a 45-year-old Virginia woman received the single-dose J&J's vaccine in early March. She experienced a severe headache and was rushed to the hospital on March 17, where doctors detected bleeding within her brain. She died the next day.

Woman's sudden paralysis linked to Johnson & Johnson vaccine, she says

Published: July 14, 2021

A Houston woman spent 22 days in the hospital suffering from a rare disorder known as Guillain-Barré that she said her doctor determined was brought on by her COVID-19 vaccine.

Jamie Walton said she has been very cautious throughout the pandemic because she is fearful of getting the virus. About three months ago, she got the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Then, at the beginning of June, she said she started feeling numbness and tingling in her feet and hands.

Quote:"I know my body and I knew something wasn't right, so I kept trying to go to different doctors and I kept being told, 'You're dehydrated. You're fine,'" Walton said. "One doctor told me I had anxiety."

The otherwise healthy woman started falling and ended up paralyzed from the waist down and was not able to walk. She said she went to the emergency room twice and met with several doctors before she found out what was wrong.

Quote:"When this first happened, I honestly thought 'Am I dying?'" Walton recalled. "It's so weird when you have everything being taken away from you, and it was pretty fast moving up the legs to my hips to where I was numb, waist down, then the arms and the fingers."

Walton said it was her brother-in-law, who is a doctor, who determined she had Guillain-Barré.

She checked in to Memorial Hermann Hospital, had a spinal tap to confirm and was there for 22 days. During that time, she was treated for the rare disorder and began regaining feeling in her lower body.

Quote:"If mine wasn't caught when it was and it got to my diaphragm, I could have been like a lot of these patients who are in the hospital on ventilators not able to talk, not able to move and there for a long, long time," Walton said.

She said she went to TIRR Memorial to learn how to walk again and do other basic movements.

Quote:"After analysis, they determined mine was definitely caused by getting the [Johnson & Johnson] vaccine," Walton said.

Monday, the FDA updated the label on the company's vaccine to warn of the increased possibility of Guillain-Barré. They said they have not established that the vaccine causes the syndrome but noted an increase in reports of it.

New side effect of Johnson & Johnson vaccine recipients leaves patients paralyzed

Published: July 13, 2021

The Food and Drug Administration has issued a warning about a possible link between the Johnson & Johnson vaccine and a condition called Guillain-Barré syndrome, otherwise known as GBS.

The infection is a neurological disorder that destroys the body’s nerves. It causes weakness in the legs, arms and torso and can eventually lead to paralysis. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, GBS is typically transient and people typically recover within a few weeks. However, symptoms could last for years.

For some, permanent damage remains. But why would a vaccine designed to protect against one virus possible activate a different viral infection?

Quote:“Most vaccines don’t really work for the first two weeks,” Dr. Cynthia Bodkin, a neurologist at IU Health, told News 8. “Your body hasn’t had time to produce the antibodies and the immune response. Your body then produces an immune response and gets confused and it thinks your nerves are similar to this virus vaccine — or whatever vaccine you are getting vaccinated for — and then attacks your nerves. “

Johnson & Johnson released a statement on Monday, July 12 saying:

Quote:“The safety and well being of the people who use our products is our number one priority. Rare cases of the neurological disorder have been reported following vaccination. While the chance of having this occur is very low, Johnson & Johnson has updated it’s COVID-19 Vaccine FactSheet to include this information.”

According to the Department of Health and Human Services, symptoms of GBS start to appear six weeks after vaccination. The CDC indicates 100 people have developed the condition so far.

Relatives claim man paralysed after taking COVID-19 vaccine

The family of a retired health inspector now on the verge of death claims he developed several blood clots after receiving the Oxford AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine last week.

The man’s nephew told Crime Watch host Ian Alleyne that his 60-year-old uncle went to the Princes Town District Health Facility last Wednesday and received the shot.

On Friday morning, the man complained of belly pains and went to lie down.

Quote:“Like he went to get his belly rubbed and when it was time to get up from the bed, he could not get up. From his waist down; totally paralysed. Totally, totally gone,” the nephew told Alleyne by phone.

The nephew said his uncle did not get his belly rubbed and before getting the vaccine, had no pains or symptoms of any sickness.

Quote:“It is real, real bad right now,” the man told Alleyne

The relative said doctors at the San Fernando General Hospital were trying their best but had already told the family there was nothing more they could do for him. He said doctors told that family that the only cause they could ascertain that it may have been a reaction to the vaccine.

The family is now calling on the Ministry of Health to conduct more research on the vaccine, as they said scans have since uncovered several blood clots in his body and down to his toes are now discoloured.

In another media report, Faleel Ali said the doctors had admitted to family members that it was the vaccine that had caused the blood cots, as there was no other ailment that could be responsible. Ali said the doctor told the family his uncle might only have a few hours or days to live, depending on how his body reacts to blood thinners.

He explained that because his uncle was a patient of the cardiac clinic, he got a phone call last week requesting that he go to the health facility to get the vaccine. He said although the family advised him against going, he put his faith in medicine.

By Friday, he was suffering abdominal pain and partial paralysis. Relatives took him to a private medical centre where a CT scan showed a blood clot blocking an artery. The doctors there advised relatives to take him to the San Fernando General Hospital for an emergency surgery. However, doctors there initially refused to admit him, saying that it could be COVID-19 and insisted that he do a test first. Even after the test, family members claimed surgeons refused to do the operation.

Alberta man says AstraZeneca shot led to serious health issue, wants federal compensation

Published: June 17, 2021

An Alberta man says he experienced a serious adverse effect from a COVID-19 vaccine and is now seeking compensation from a federal program designed to support such individuals.

Murry Hellekson said two weeks after receiving his first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine in April, he began experiencing tingling in his fingers and numbness on the bottom of his feet.

After going to the hospital and getting blood work done, Hellekson said he was sent home but his condition continued to decline.

Quote:“I couldn’t pick up things that I could normally grasp and pick up, and then I went to leave the work station and my left leg wouldn’t work and I went down to one knee, and then I started panicking,” he said.

The Edson, Alta., man said after being sent home from the hospital a second time, he was eventually sent to meet with neurologists in Edmonton. That’s when an issue was discovered in his spine and he underwent an intravenous transfusion.

Quote:“The one doctor asked me straight out: ‘Did you have the AstraZeneca vaccine in the last two weeks?'” Hellekson said.

Hellekson said he was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) — a rare neurological disorder that results in the body’s immune system mistakenly attacking part of its peripheral nervous system. GBS can range from a very mild case with brief weakness to nearly devastating paralysis.

According to Health Canada, there have been 13 reports of GBS after a COVD-19 vaccine in the country — nine after an AstraZeneca vaccine and four after a Pfizer vaccine.

A doctor filed an adverse reaction report related to his AstraZeneca shot, Hellekson said.

Quote:“You don’t know what your feet are doing from the ankle down and I still have that now,” Hellekson said.

“Basically, he was slowly being paralyzed and I knew it,” Hellekson’s spouse Jenn Donovan said.

Hellekson’s condition forced him to stop working. Donovan, who owns a store in Edson, said she also had to take time away from her business to care for Hellekson.

Quote:“It affects both of us a lot to have to do that,” she said.

“What I’m looking at is having to get rid of investments to help with this,” Hellekson said.

Grandad left 'paralysed and fighting for life' after Covid vaccine

Published: July 10, 2021

The family of a man are demanding answers after he was left 'paralysed and fighting for life' after what they believe was a reaction to the Covid vaccine.

The formerly 'fit-and-healthy' grandad, Anthony Shingler, is currently bedbound on a ventilator as he 'fights for his life' in hospital, reports StokeonTrentLive.

The 57-year-old's loved ones say his condition started to worsen after receiving his first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine three months ago.

The security manager from Northwood has since been diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS), a very rare and serious condition that affects the nerves.

For the devastated family, the fact that they say he is still receiving texts from the NHS to go for his second vaccine feels like it's adding insult to injury.

Now his devastated wife Nicola is calling for more help from the Government after highlighting Anthony's condition.

Nicola told StokeonTrentLive:

Quote:"I'm adamant it was the vaccine, he was fine until he had it. They've found no other trigger.

"It’s a nightmare to watch him. I can’t stand seeing my husband in so much pain every day. We’ve been totally ignored and forgotten by the government.

“He is still getting texts from the NHS to go for a second jab and he is lying in a NHS hospital paralysed. This is how impersonal it is. It’s wrong on all levels."

The 48-year-old says Anthony's nightmare began shortly after having the AZ Covid jab in early March.

Nicola added:

Quote:"[After the vaccine] he had mild symptoms for a few days, a muddy head and his legs were aching. He just went to bed.

“He got up on March 8 and all through that week his legs continued to hurt. He said it felt like he was walking up a mountain, they were really heavy.

"By March 12 he was having real trouble. He woke up and felt a numbness from his hips down.

“He persisted in going to work on March 19 but he then started getting pins and needles in his hands and feet.

“I took him to Haywood walk-in centre and they said he needed to be assessed by AandE.

“He rang me three hours later to pick him up because they were sending him home with a possible allergy. We knew he didn't suffer from allergies.”

Nicola says her husband's symptoms worsened after he was discharged.

On March 22, Anthony was rushed back to the Royal Stoke University Hospital with severe aches, as well as pins and needles.

Nicola said:

Quote:“He took a turn for the worse and went a bit grey and was feeling sick so we had to ring 999."

Western establishment news sources are not involved in lies, misinformation, gaslighting, bias, censorship, hypocrisy, or slander?

They are not involved in fomenting wars with false information?

They are not involved in fomenting coups with false information?

And of course the US would never engage in propaganda - that is only something other countries do. Right?

Establishment sources, and their "fact-checkers", are certainly not the infallible, incorruptible paragons of truth as you suggest them to be.

US: 58% of voters likely say media ‘are enemy of the people’, distrust news sources

A recent poll conducted by Rasmussen Reports found that 58 percent of likely U.S. voters agreed with the statement “The media are ‘truly the enemy of the people.’” A plurality of respondents also said they did not trust political news sources.

According to Rasmussen Reports, 34 percent of respondents strongly agreed with the statement, “The media are ‘truly the enemy of the people’” while 24 percent of respondents somewhat agreed. 36 percent of respondents disagreed with the statement, including 23 percent who strongly disagreed and 13 who somewhat disagreed. Six percent of respondents said they were “not sure” about the statement.

The three-question survey was conducted between July 7 and 8, and sampled 1,000 U.S. respondents who described themselves as “likely voters”. The poll has a sampling error of +/- three percent with a 95 percent confidence level. The poll was conducted for Rasmussen Reports by Pulse Opinion Research.

Self-described conservatives were more likely than self-described liberal to view the media as “truly the enemy of the people.” 56 percent of conservatives said they “strongly agree” and 25 percent said they “somewhat agree.” Seven percent of conservatives said they “strongly disagree” and eight percent said they “somewhat disagree.” Five percent of conservatives said they were not sure.

Among self-described liberals, 11 percent said they “strongly agree” that the media is “truly the enemy of the people.” 19 percent of liberals said they “somewhat agree.” 54 percent of liberals said they “strongly disagree” and 14 percent said they “somewhat disagree.” Three percent of liberals were not sure.

The poll’s other two questions were “Do you trust the political news you are getting?” and “How serious of a problem is ‘fake news; in the media?”

Responding to the question “Do you trust the political news you are getting?” 37 percent of the respondents said they do, while a 43 percent plurality said they did not and 20 percent said they were not sure.

The divide in perceptions of the media continued to show a heavily partisan split. 61 percent of Conservatives said they did not trust the political news they were getting, while 23 percent said they did trust the political news they were getting. 16 percent said they were not sure.

56 percent of liberals said they did trust the political news they were getting and 19 percent did not. 24 percent they were not sure.

Responding to the question, “How serious of a problem is ‘fake news; in the media?” 83 percent of respondents agreed that it was a problem, with 55 percent describing it as “very serious” and 28 percent describing it as “somewhat serious.”

71 percent of conservatives said “fake news” is a “very serious” problem while 20 percent called it “somewhat serious.”

37 percent of liberals said “fake news” is a “very serious problem” while 36 percent called it “somewhat serious.”
