What music genre do you enjoy the most?

I used to listen to rap almost exclusively because it was cool. But as I got older and out of high school I migrated to metal/rock because a friend showed me some bands. But eventually I came to realize that I relate so much more to the lyrics and emotion in a extreme metal track than a rap song. The majority of good metal is very emotional and I find that to be very interesting considering the musical style

I'm casting my vote for rock! Rock music has always been my go-to genre.
