I am new to this and hope I am posting this question in the right place. If not could someone send me information or directions on where to post my question.
I have downloaded Wentworth and it will not play in the player. I think it is because it is a different zone than our zone which is zone 1. Any suggestions on how to make it play in my player.
Thanks in advance for any assistance,

Yes, you're doing it right.
I can tell you from that, it's not a zone problem--avi files don't have zones.
And it's not a fake either, that's legit.
What player? If it's a hardware device, the make and model no. If you're playing it on your PC, the app and version?

I am downloading and then converting with convertxtodvd . The first season converted and I had no problem, it is with the rest of the seasons and only with Wentworth. I am using the same dvd player as with the first season. I would love to see the rest but everyone I have downloaded does the same thing. Any advice for me? I am at my wits end and do not know what else to do.
Thanks in advance for any assistance,

First thing is to determine whether conversion is necessary--most standalone DVD players sold in the last 5 years are probably capable of playing .avi files as they are.
Take a look at your player, or it's user manual, looking for any mention of DivX support.
If you can't find it (or even if you can, so we can double-check), what is the make and model of the device you're trying to play the files on?

OK, according to this user manual http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/conten...1_BK-1.pdf
You should be able to copy the .avi file straight from that torrent to a usb thumb drive, plug it into the player in the front right hand corner and play it from there.
No conversion necessary, and should work fine.

It can also stream from a DLNA server, and if it is like similar Samsung BR players, you can also load the Plex app on it.
