Any particular web browser I would be best using now I am subscribed to NordVPN for 3 years?
For the last 6 months or so I have been using Avast's SafeZone Web Browser that comes bundled with Avast Free Anti Virus, though its sometimes slow, when scrolling fast through facebook feeds mostly that is, it seems to be ok
Just wondering what other options are out there, if there are any no brainer choices I am not aware of
Thanks

Firefox: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
Chromium: https://www.chromium.org/getting-involve...d-chromium
I recommend Firefox but find Chromium useful for using nifty add-ons that are not available on Firefox the same applies the other way around. In terms of speed and usability I would take Firefox.
Hope that helps!

I have been using the free Comodo Dragon Browser, it's just Chrome with privacy features enabled.

I was using FF for many years but recently it became a sloppy pig so switched to much faster (in my experience) Chromium.

No, didn't tried that one but I'm so happy with the chromium right now that I don't have the reason to switch back.
Will check it out if chromium pisses me off, but right now it's great.
Thx for the info.

I'm on Firefox now, after a couple years on Chrome. Performs a bit better and plug-ins are more to my liking.
For years main browsers had up and downs while newcomers died soon enough, most for lack of manpower and/or funding to keep up.
So I came to the conclusion any browser I use will have issues.
My rig is a Win7-64, i5-2nd gen 2.5, 8GB RAM and 60GB SSD, nothing stellar but dunno why Chrome was sluggish and crashing while FF is fast and reliable.

Does no one else use Avast SafeZone then? : I thought with Avast Free Anti Virus being fairly popular, this browser was a good choice with built in ad blockers and such... I used to use FireFox, I dont even have that installed anymore it went awful a few years back, since I switched to Chrome which is still installed but I have been using this Avast's Browser.
Funny no one has recommended Chrome though, so its FireFox or Chromium then
Dont like the sound of Chromium, gonna try FireFox

Chromium is the open source version of chrome but with a few drawbacks as it does not contain the proprietary google code. I still recommend Firefox though because their interests are much different than those of Chromium.
