Uk Tpb access
#1
Sorry guys,

I’ve searched “tpb access”, “uk tpb access”, “uk tpb”, “england”. Can anyone please tell me how to access TPB from the uk? I know there are threads related to this because I’ve found them before using the above searches but no luck this time. The proxy links I’ve been using are all coming back “error site blocked”.Sad

I’d be grateful for your help.

Thanks,

cathc

If you have Firefox installed there's a nice plugin called anonymox https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox.../anonymox/
or you could use Uberproxy http://www.uberproxy.net/ or download TPB, Kickass and bitsnoop database and search them locally from your C drive. Tut video here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sebdRIx9H...=autoshare

Until the beginning of the month, I was a BT customer and thepiratebay.se was blocked to me, meaning that I had to gain access via a proxy. Having changed to a different UK ISP, I now have full access and this makes uploading much easier for me. Now no censorship or confusion marketing!

Who's your ISP?

Post split from the Pirate Bay Proxies thread, as that's for posting proxies.

It's refreshing to see one of the UK ISPs ignore the High Court orders by allowing customers access to tpb, but it's a shame they have a maximum usage policy and charge for every GB over the limit. Mind you, while my ISP allows me to download as much as I want (unlimited), it comes with a very deceivingly soft-sounding 'Traffic Management Policy,' and is known to target filesharers during daytime hours for downloading too much, which is why I download larger files during the night only, so I suppose all UK ISPs have their good and bad points.

Hi Spud, ZEN offer an unlimited deal too, and as always with no traffic management. I'm on the fibre optic version, "Unlimited Fibre 2" which costs much the same as BT. I'd already ditched the Homehub some time ago and the switch over from BT was dead easy. The fact that I could access TPB was a nice bonus Smile
