Troubling with integrating drivers to a Windows XP Installer using nLite
#1
I took Kingfish's advice and tried nLite to customise a Windows XP CD.

Although the programs (i.e. addons and update packs) were able to integrate themselves into the CD and the program, nLite completely ignored the device drivers for the installation. Now, these drivers worked when I manually installed them, and perfectly too, so I don't think for a minute that it's a compatibility problem.

What am I missing?

What do you mean by "completely ignored" - like it wouldn't add it to the list in the GUI?
If so, are you passing nLite the driver .inf file?

Sorry for the confusion.

nLite took the drivers and added it to the GUI. Everything acted as normal. But after the OS installation, I can't play sound.

Yes, I used .inf files.

Thank you for the reply.
