My sister is looking for a site equivalent to Torrentz.eu, which was shut down some time ago.

Do you know if any site with as good functionality which keeps track of torrents from multiple trackers?

For the record. Torrentz.eu wasn't shut down, it is still up and fully functional.

Your sister's ISP may be blocking her from reaching it but that is a different matter entirely.

bitsnoop.com is a decent alternative- providing magnet links and comment sections.

Also google- believe it or not. "[name of torrent]" + torrent - in your search query will work better than most indexers
