There used to be this very informative thread on SB, before it crashed in 2013.

I do not know if all the pages are accessible via http://web.archive.org or via google.
Shortly after the SB crash I managed to fetch most pages via google cache. I forgot about it until now.

I understand it must have been difficult for the few that were contributing actively to see it all go poof !

So, here it is in simple text and hoping it revives interest once again.
