Unfortunately it doesn't mean anything at all. Putins propaganda is aimed mostly at his people. Any idiots in the free world that gets caught up in his disseminated garbage, is just extra icing on his cake, that serves to fester chaos in the free world. Russians that somehow get free world internet access would still be exposed to the garbage to keep the Russians confused about what is real and what isn't. The point of the propaganda is to help diffuse Russian dissent about Putins war. I have a feeling that Resergence is an employee of the Russian propaganda network, posting to any platform that shows up in search results. A Mariople survivor described current conditions there, saying that there is propaganda trucks broadcasting loud speakers thru the streets, and RT reporting teems moving around and making video reports around the bombed rubble. So Russia is certainly in a serious propaganda campaign, despite what the free world thinks of it. Trains blocked from entering Kaliningrad have all their windows pasted over to keep Russian passengers from seeing war news plastered on all the walls next to the trains. We in the free world are left playing the game of chicken with the Russians to try to alter their behavior. But these days it's like playing chicken with a train. Lotta risk with little hope of reward. The things we do in the years to come is the only hope of slapping the lid back on communism.
