Russian President Vladimir V. Putin and "child welfare" official Maria A. Lvova-Belova have had arrest warrants issued against them by the International Criminal Court in The Hague regarding their role in the illegal deportations of children from Ukraine to Russia:

Just shows the uselessness the free world has become from spineless stupidity. Putin couldn't care less because nobody can do anything. Like drawing a red line in the sand. It just made the other guy more powerful. He pisses on the line and then what can you do. Obama did the red line thing and we looked stupid. Now they do it again and show that we are still weak. We got stupid leaders with nukes. And they got criminal leaders with nukes. Hard to say if any side is better.
