I'm not going to explain how scene works or how you can get-in to it but just there are two types of the sites; first is topsite (the real gem) and other are dumpsite (not so real gem). Dump sites are the first to get scene releases; mainly within few seconds of its pre. Dump sites are relatively easy to get in. But almost impossible if you don't know where to look at!

Scene is not a free thing. And scene hates p2p. Everyone in scene contribute something.

pro-tip: If you have an early access to anything than I believe there might be few get-ins for you. But again you must know where to get-in. (thats the hardest part)
