Not sure why they haven't done the Rosie Greer/Ray Milland 2 head transplant movie yet. I saw both at the drive-in when I was a kid but didn't remember this one before Rifftrax did it. I always thought Rosie Greer and Ray Milland did the definitive 2-headed transplant movie and I'm pretty sure the same studio (American International Pictures) released both movies.
