This is a different sort of "riff," but The Order of the League (QuipTracks, Ice on Mars, et al) will be reading M Night Shyamalan's screenplay for The Happening (called The Green Effect) this Sunday (May 30th). Just like with our regular riff screenings, we'll have a pre-show at 6:30mdt, which will include reading a piece of The Happening fanfiction, then we'll get into the screenplay around 7mdt. We will be trying out some different voices for the characters to make it more fun (What if Julian were played by Paul Giamatti, for example?) and we'll be raising money for an environmental charity (still working out the details) so there will be rewards like picking the voice for a character or having us say something in a voice.
