TPB Dump/API needed for Torrent search engine

Hi,

I am working on Torrent Search Engine site, e.g. torrentz.eu

And i need all the Torrents info listed on TBP, i mean , their Info hash along with TPB id and TITLE.

Where can i get this info/dump?

Can i scrape it from TBP ?

TPB is using CloudFlare, so Wont my ip get banned from TPB for scraping all Torrents Info ?

Is there any direct connection/link where i can make hundreds of requests per second and dont get my ip banned from TPB/Cloudflare ?

Any other suggestions ?

I just don want to cause TPB trouble by scraping 100s of pages per second, i am huge FAN .
