Wow - thanks for getting that cleared up DoctorChimera. There are plenty of lousy, mean spirited people with accounts on Twitter/X, but I knew that Frank wasn't one of them. He's actually one of the brighter spots on that increasingly depressing app.

Right? I just wanted to see for myself because, even though Frank is highly outspoken when it comes to politics, he's pretty chill otherwise. I find it hard to believe that he'd ever make a big deal out of some random unoffensive comment left by a potential fan.

Because for the life of me I don't see how this comes across as anything but good-humored banter. You also seemed legit concerned about being "reported" when it's plainly obvious that being underwhelmed by Minnesota is hardly considered a violation of Xitter TOS to begin with.

There's got to be more to it, or OP, seriously?

IMO Frank has a penchant for dehumanizing others who disagree with him, and he can treat them very poorly, fan or not. That is usually always politics.
