Wondering if it'd be possible to add a save layout option?

Like for instance PYS threads, where you can simply input your saved layout to make multiple shares in a post easier than having to repeatedly input bbcode for each torrent you add in your post.

I like entering bbcode manually.

MyBB doesn't have any concept of post templates.  Such a feature would have to be written in.

But, if you are always using the same template, keep it handy in a text document so all you have to to is copy/paste it in and make a few changes to update the content.

The 'quote' button seems to be a script (it won't work here with scripts blocked), so it's an idea to begin with...

1. As a quick and dirty solution you can post your template at the beginning of your torrents thread and then quote yourself every new upload.
2. Maybe you could use a script hook (hack) tool to automate the quote button, or make your own browser button for it.
