Streaming download question

Newbie question here. I dislike streaming movies/TV in general, and much prefer to be able to download the file and watch it offline. 

Does anybody know of a good method to capture shows from these three websites and download them?: 

1) www.walterpresents.com (US one) 

2) channel 4 - walterpresents - UK free one: https://www.channel4.com/collection/walter-presents

3) https://watch.mhzchoice.com/

They often have shows that aren't available on torrent sites.

I'd appreciate any advice you can offer. Thanks!

Get a screen capturing software or use FFMpeg to convert .m3u8 files into mkv ones (only works if the stream is unencrypted).

I've managed to capture traffic with chromium (chrome) using 'Save as HAR with content', then there are some tools to extract video from har, like this one:
