I was really excited to see Steamboat Willie as well.

However, I've heard that Disney has a tendency to be slow in removing those pesky automatic DMCA claiming scripts.
There was this guy on Facebook who faced DMCA takedowns, but he appealed and actually won his case because Steamboat Willie is now in the public domain, believe it or not! Haha, how delightful!

Someone will upload it again soon I bet, now that it's public domain!
