OMG!! It's Butter's alter ego "Professor Chaos." When Victor (Dom Deluise) started talking about bringing his hamsters along for the race I just about spat popcorn across the room.
Anyway I just had to share that and go and watch the watch the Cannonbal run because you'll bust a gut laughing.
