You have to configure Fire Fox to open your torrent client, by default when clicking a magnet link.

For Mac/Linux I know you have to run a few commands in terminal, not sure about Windows.

What is your OS?

If your using Windows, try this.

Open up note-pad, and just copy and paste the following code.

Code:
REGEDIT4
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Magnet]
@="URL:magnet Protocol"
"URL Protocol"=""
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Magnet\shell]
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Magnet\shell\open]
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Magnet\shell\open\command]
@="\"C:\\Program Files\\uTorrent\\uTorrent.exe\" \"%1\""

I'm assuming your torrent client is u-Torrent, but if it is not, just replace the last line to the dictionary where the torrent client's .exe (you would like to use) is located.

Then, save the file as
Code:
magnet.reg

After that, double click on it, and you should see a warning about adding/changing Window's registry. Click yes, and that's it, your done.

I hope this helps you.
