I've done an AI Upscale of Sisters of Death to 720p, and I think the results look better, compared to RiffTrax's version, although it isn't a really dramatic improvement, because of the poor quality of the available source. The file includes the Riff audio, the original movie audio & subtitles:

I used an original DVD copy, which is linked below, in case anyone wants it, or wants to have another go at doing an upscale:

I experimented with different Topaz Enhance AI models, and I got the best results from upscaling to 720p using Proteus Fine Tune v3, with settings of: Revert Compression 81, Recover Details 10, Sharpen 18, Reduce Noise 2, Dehalo 9, Antialias/DeBlur 2, Grain Amount 1.7, Grain Size 0.4.
Before running the Enhance AI model, I removed interlacing effects using one of the AviDemux filters.
The colours of the new version look different compared to the RiffTrax version, because I specified BT.601 NTSC as the colour matrix when creating the final file. I think this is how the movie is actually supposed to look, and the RiffTrax version has an incorrect colour matrix.
