Spooks, hands-down. Known in Canada and the USA as MI-5, on account of spooks being a well known racial epitaph for blacks.
There are a whole TEN seasons. The show ran from 2002 to 2011 and is one of the most exciting and well done shows I've ever seen. Great acting, tons of spy stuff, well done action but nothing too over the top. 24 meets Jason Bourne but with less Michael Bay style American BS. Also: Game of Thrones, Person of Interest, Battlestar Galactica, The Expanse (it's a little slow for the first couple episodes, but things really heat up around Episdoe 4 (CQB) and from then on it is amazing.)
