Seeking help with Office 2010 toolkit/EZ activator

I've successfully run the toolkit on 2 installations of MS Office 2010 but recently a third PC gave me the error message that I cannot activate/autoRearm becuase my licencing details are corrupt.

This was the first instance of Office 2010 on the PC but I noticed the PC had a trial version of Office 2013 installed first.

Do I need to completely uninstall all Office and reinstall just 2010 or is there a way to get this installation to activate?

I don't have immediate access to this particular PC so I'd like to get some advice before my next visit to that location.

What version of Windows?
What version of Office are you installing? (retail or VL)

If you want to make it fail-safe, uninstall all Office's from that computer, and use this torrent:

Sadly I failed to determine the Windows version while there, but it was 64 bit. Could be Win 7 as I think it was installed in the last year.

I have also left my flash drive in their computer so can't verify which download I was using. I'll try again with your suggested link, first removing the previous versions of Office.

Download Revo Uninstaller Pro v3.0.7 from TPB. Install and run it. Use Advanced Uninstall to remove the current copy of M$ along with any REG etc leftovers.

1. Place MTK on your desktop.

2. Download M$ Office Pro Plus 2010 32bit Retail direct from Digital River from the link below and place it on your desktop:

3. Download Service Pack 2 for M$ Office Pro Plus 2010 32bit direct from Microsoft from the link below and place it on your desktop:

4. Create a folder on your desktop and name it "ISO"

5. Create another folder on your desktop named "X16-32250"

6. Now follow the video below on how to make your own copy of M$ Office Pro Plus 2010 32bit with SP2 slip-streamed into it for future use:

Congratulations! You now have a copy of M$ Office Pro Plus 2010 VL (Volume License) x86(32bit) with Service Pack 2 (SP2) contained in the "X16-32250" folder that you can put on a USB and an .iso version contained in the ISO folder that you can burn to disk

After installation on the target machine. Just activate with MTK

Thanks but where is the download link for MTK and can you reupload the youtube video to be HD? Because the video is not clear therefore it is difficulty to follow the guide.
