Super ty for yr help.
I use www.seedstuff.ca as seedbox provider.
another strange thing is that i try to dl a torrentfile from the publicbt.com tracker, and it does not work. but the torrent i am seeding with 2.5 MB/s is working fine and is on the same tracker.
something is very strange here right?

No problem.
Unfortunately I could find an option. I tried chatting with people on the site and they didn't know of such an option. I'd recommend seed.st because it's easy to do this. They tell you how to do this in the FAQ section of there site. I'd ask SeedStuff.ca for a full refund. This is what I was looking for

if i can not dl torrents with will get me in trouble fast right?
how will i know if seed.st manages udp trackers?
they say on their website that they dont allow public trackers.
is this the same as udp trackers?

Sorry about that. Here are a list of trackers that support public trackers. Yourseedbox.com Seems to be the best option pricing wise. I'm unable to see if SnTHostings allows UDP trackers so I changed my suggestion.
PulsedMedia - https://pulsedmedia.com/
Xirvik - https://www.xirvik.com
SeedBox.me - http://seedbox.me
SecureBoxes - https://www.secureboxes.net
DTSLeech - http://www.dtsleech.com/ <---- Please note that they limit the upload speeds on public trackers, private trackers are not limited
SecureBoxes - https://www.secureboxes.net/
SeedStuff - http://seedstuff.ca/ <----- Make sure to read their DMCA policy before buying: http://seedstuff.ca/dmca.php
FeralHosting - https://www.feralhosting.com/
YourSeedBox - http://www.yourseedbox.com/
UltraSeedbox - http://ultraseedbox.com <----- Public trackers are not allowed with France based plans - this includes all "FR Box - VPS". Netherlands and Germany locations do not have these limitations.
Snthosting - http://snthostings.com/
Whatbox - https://whatbox.ca/
Underleech - http://underleech.org/
SeedboxCo - https://www.seedboxco.com/ <---- Most of their plans have a traffic limit of 100TB

UDP trackers seem to be used by public sites. The private tracker site I'm on uses HTTP. So if I had to guess UDP trackers are used by public trackers. HTTP trackers are used by private trackers.

Transmission supports UDP trackers. See the link below.

I apologize again for my initial mistake

Thank you very much for the links. It all starts to be clear to me now.
udp trackers are on public sites like TPB and KAT, and http trackers are private.
with that said, i seem to find some http trackers available in the list when i search for torrents.
i will try my seedbox for a little longer and see if i get stucked with my leeching. but since udp are far more common, i think i will swith to a seedbox provider that supports udp trackers.
does that sound as a good idea?
btw, how much do u seed on your torrents?

If you're using a private tracker you have to maintain ration. This means that every GB you download you also have to upload. If you have a perfect ratio will say 1:1 or 1.0 . If you're using a public tracker you should still seed but you don't have to maintain ratio.
does that sound as a good idea?
Sure

Unless you're paying for a VIP membership you'll get banned for not maintaining ratio on private trackers. They don't care if you paid to join the site or not. Once your VIP membership ends your ration won't reset. This means that you'll have to try to regain near perfect ratio. In my opinion public trackers are better because of this.

how come the tracker list are not updated?
in the list it says that a http tracker was outdated/blocked, but still i was able to leech from that tracker.

I honestly don't know. HonestlyI'd ask for a refund from your current seedbox provider. Like I said yourseedbox.com supports UDP with the Transmission client. You could try getting a refund on their IRC channel http://seedstuff.ca/chat.php
