I was able to get a copy of the director's cut with a higher resolution of this very weird movie. I was hoping someone could add the riff to this version if possible? I appreciate any help.

Cool find, I really like this movie so I appreciate you tracking this down. Seems like there are German blu-rays out there but all of them are mastered from PAL DigiBeta (best elements available) so its likely this is as good as it will get. Was this the file you found or did you encode this from the actual disc?

I purchased the German Blu Ray since I didn't find any better copies out there. I'm a novice with making copies aside from using basic tools, but hopefully it can be useful.
