Reefer Madness itunes HD?

Does anyone possibly have this? I was hoping it would eventually show up on blu-ray, but still nothing. Thanks in advance..
I'm just looking to sync up the Mike solo and 3-riffer and live show tracks to this, and I'll be happy to post the results.

So I actually do have this and A) it appears to be an upscale unfortunately and B) it's not syncing nicely at all - haven't spent too much time on it because of A) - I'll upload it to Mega anyways as it would probably be a month or two until I got around to it.
