Randomizing the attribution (of a username to the posts made by that user) makes that impossible.
Of course it does mean you have to engage your critical thinking faculties when reading: just because something appears to have been posted by Moe doesn't mean it is true or sensible. And just because something appears to have been posted by dolly_cat doesn't mean it is nonsense. But you should be engaging your brains anyway.
