REQ: The Sixth Sense with English intertitles

bsg4you's sync is flawless, but the German intertitles bug me. Could someone sync bsg4you's audio track with a good (1080P) file with English titles? I tried doing it myself but the result was out of sync.

The first one appears at 00:10:38. Then next one comes right after at 00:10:44. Don't remember if there are any others.
