I'm guessing they're still working out how to use the new site design and part of it went live without the actual listing up yet. Also, they should be notifying Kickstarter backers first and I haven't seen anything yet.

I think matman is referring to a Rifftrax riff but with all 3 rifftrax members being present. Hence the Three-Riffer edition. The version you linked to is indeed multiple different riff groups but for the the RiffTrax track on there its only Mike Nelson doing the commentary. Kevin and Bill aren't there. This happened with some of their earlier riffs because they couldn't all get together and it was before it wasn't really possible to record stuff remotely from multiple locations. So then after requests from fans they have gone back and re-visited some of the classics with all three of them there and new jokes. I know they did a three-riffer version of Roadhouse and there may be others. So looks like they are going to do Over the Top soon
