[REQ] MST3K The Dead Talk Back w/o DVD encoding issues

The Rhino DVD had some serious video encoding problems (see here for an example: https://www.mediafire.com/view/u7kuii8rowcp870/ss.jpg). I've heard that there's a fixed DVD, but I've never been able to get my hands on it, or a rip of it — does anyone have it who can share?

What do you use to rip the ShoutFactory stream? I have a Mac app that I use for YouTube, but it doesn't work with ShoutFactory.
