check rarbg.to they have all Phantasm movies and march 18th, they gonna be a Blu-ray box set of the 5 movies so I guess TPB or others trackers will have it..

Part of the hold up might be that they released the audio and then a day or two later they posted something to the effect of "We know there's a problem...."

People are probably waiting to see if there's going to be a better version before they go to the effort of syncing it.
